Say hello. We answer the phone ourselves.
Whether you're planning a week on the coast or wondering what your own place could do, you'll reach Greg or Sarah, not a call center.
Planning a stay
Every home has its own page under the homes, and each one links straight to its calendar on our booking site, where you can check dates, see the rate and reserve. Booking direct means there's no platform service fee added at checkout, and it means the people who chose the mattress and stacked the firewood are the ones you're talking to if something comes up.
If you'd rather ask a person first, call or text 541-337-8947. Whether the loft at The Weekender will suit your knees, what the drive up to Mt. Hood looks like in January, what to do with a foggy Tuesday in Neskowin, we've been asked most of it and we'd honestly rather talk it through than have you guess. The phone is on from 8am to 8:30pm, seven days a week.
Own a home in Oregon?
Property management grew out of running our own places, and we take on homes so we can actually know each one, and the people who own it. Greg is the point person for owners. If you have a house on the coast, at Mt. Hood or in Eugene and want an honest read on what it could earn and what we'd change first, request an earnings review. You'll have a rental projection and our thoughts back within 48 hours, with nothing owed on the other side of it.
The longer version of how we work, including the 20% management fee, the photography and why your Airbnb listing stays in your account, is on the owners page. Or just call. Greg would rather hear about the house than send you a brochure.
Phone, email, hours
- Phone: 541-337-8947
- Email: marringtonrentals@gmail.com
- Hours: 8am–8:30pm, seven days a week
- Based in: Eugene, Oregon
Email is best for anything with attachments or a lot of detail: a group's dates, a question about your property, a photo of the thing you're not sure about. Text or call for anything quick, or anything happening right now. Outside those hours we're up early and out late like most people who spend their weekends outside, so if it's urgent, call anyway. If it can wait until morning, morning is fine.
Where you'll find us
We live in Eugene, where we raised our family and where this started: homes we wanted to stay in ourselves, with friends and the people we like most, on the coast, at Mt. Hood and here in town. We drive to every one of them regularly, usually with the dog asleep in the back, and we still notice when a lamp isn't quite right or the porch needs a second chair.
There's no storefront to visit, but if you're in town and want to talk about a stay or a property over coffee, say so. We're easy to find. There's more about who we are and why we do this if you're curious.
What's the fastest way to book one of the homes?
Go to the home's page, then follow the link to its calendar on our booking site. You'll see live availability and the rate for your dates and can reserve on the spot. There's no platform service fee when you book direct, and your confirmation and arrival details come straight from us.
Do you answer the phone on weekends?
Yes. We're available from 8am to 8:30pm, seven days a week, at 541-337-8947. Weekends are when most people are traveling, so that's often when we're most useful. If we miss you, leave a message or send a text and we'll get back to you the same day.
I own a vacation home in Oregon. How do I get a rental projection?
Request an earnings review through the owners page. Tell us where the house is and a little about it, and Greg will come back within 48 hours with a rental projection and a few honest first thoughts on what we'd change. There's no obligation and no setup fee if you decide to work with us.
Can I ask questions about a home before I book?
Please do. We built these homes to suit real trips, and we'd rather tell you a cabin isn't right for your group than have you find out on arrival. Call or email with the specifics: who's coming, what you want the trip to feel like, anything you're unsure about.
